Welcome to Trip Ideas. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, booking a travel package, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified at the time of booking. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed. Prices may increase due to changes in exchange rates, taxes, fees, or other factors beyond our control. We will inform you of any price changes before confirming your booking.
Cancellation of a confirmed booking must be made in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
If you wish to make changes to a confirmed booking, such as changing dates or services, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional fees. Change requests must be made in writing.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or if the minimum number of participants for a group tour is not met. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative travel arrangement or a full refund.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health certificates. Passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your planned return date. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from inadequate travel documentation.
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. Trip Ideas is not responsible for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
When you make a booking through us, you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Travel Suppliers providing your services. These may include cancellation policies, baggage restrictions, and other limitations. We will provide you with relevant terms when available, but it is your responsibility to review and understand these terms.
We act as an agent for Travel Suppliers and are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these suppliers or any loss, damage, injury, or expense due to delays, accidents, or any other cause beyond our direct control. We exercise reasonable care in selecting reputable Travel Suppliers but do not control their operations.
Our liability for any claim arising from the provision of our services is limited to the cost of the services in question. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written consent.
